We went camping for one night with our neighbor's and there son. It was so much fun, the kids had a blast. We rented a canoe and took turns taking all the kiddos out on the lake. When the big boy's went out they came back with a beach ball and a goose feather. The big boys also went on a hike in the woods and found some walking sticks.
We roasted hot dogs for supper and had smores for dessert. This was the first time my kids had smores and they LOVED them. The big boys roasted there own marshmallows although they didn't really get close enough to even start to turn there marshmallows brown. Keegan saw all this and decided he wanted to roast something so he got a hold of a graham cracker, stuck it on the stick and tried to roast it. The kids also saw a bunch of geese and gosling's which they all decided to chase. We came home covered in dirt and exhausted but we had fun. We are planning to go again this summer at a different place. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

So cute with the graham cracker! We camp, too ('cause it's cheap or free!) but Olivia's not old enough to do anything but eat leaves and dirt. This post made me excited for when she gets older...Any chance you'll be able to come out to the reunion with Des while you're home for the summer?
So much fun! Hey, when you guys come home, I want to have a pool party with all my boys! You guys, Jas & Chance, my friend Wendy & her boys, all boys....and maybe my friend Karmin's girls.....
